Uninstalling Xpand Portal

There are two options to uninstall Xpand Portal, automatic and manual.

Automatic uninstallation

To uninstall Xpand Portal automatically:

1. In Windows, open Apps and Features.
2. Uninstall the Xpand Portal [ver] program where [ver] is the version of your portal:

 
Manual uninstallation

To uninstall Xpand Portal manually:

1. Remove the Xpand Portal site from Internet Information Services:
   1. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
   2. In the Connections pane, expand sites.
   3. Right-click the Xpand PortalCustomerPortal web site, and then select Remove.
      
2. Delete physical files of the Xpand Portal web site: right-click the Xpand PortalCustomerPortal folder, and choose Delete. By default, the path is as follows: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Xpand PortalCustomerPortal.
