Portal structure migration
Using the portal structure migration, you can export, and then import a structure package into a different portal environment preserving back-end setting values on the target environment where possible.
A portal migration package includes the following portal elements:
- view templates (required for rendering portal pages)
- data types
- document types
- media types
- dictionary items (including dictionary item values)
The portal structure migration process consists of 4 steps:
Create a migration package -> Export the migration package -> Upload the package on the target environment -> Import the uploaded package
